Internal communication is the voice of an organization.  It is important to have strategic, concise, and aligned messaging to inform and engage employees across the business.  I enjoy collaborating with key stakeholders to develop corporate messages that are relevant and informative to employees.

 

Additionally, I particularly enjoy creating unique and on-brand employee experiences that engage, excite, and inspire, bringing a company’s culture to life through shared experiences.

I am grateful for the opportunity to be involved with many great charitable organizations across the greater Houston area.  I enjoy interacting with these organizations and the local communities they serve.  It is also very fulfilling to engage an employee base with fun, rewarding and meaningful volunteering opportunities that provide and give back to the community.

It's often said, if a photo is worth 1,000 words, then a video must be worth 1,000,000.  Video captures action, meaning, context, and evokes emotion from the viewer.  Through video, you can tell a story and connect with a viewer in ways text, or a photo simply cannot do.  These are examples of videos that I have filmed, produced, and/or edited throughout my career that highlight employee achievements, community outreach, and company spotlights.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Several years ago, I began a personal development journey to add additional value to the communications work I do every day.  I saw the value in having a skill set to create digital content, from an initial concept all the way through to a finalized piece of media.  The use of photos and video has never been greater than it is today, and so I began to learn the art of photography and videography.

CORPORATE EVENTS

With over 20 years of event management experience, I have managed and produced events with budgets ranging from only a few thousand dollars up to $500,000 per an event, and attendee lists reaching into the thousands. I understand the complexities and nuances of event management, while adhering to corporate safety guidelines and policies.
